Mr. Rosas is a highly accomplished professional with more than 25 years of strategic leadership experience. He has served as an Operating Executive at Golden Gate Capital since 2012 and has been actively involved with PetroChoice since it was acquired by Golden Gate Capital in 2015. He previously served as Operating Director with Berkshire Partners, and held the position of Chief Marketing and Administrative Officer at Vi-Jon (formerly a Berkshire portfolio company). Prior to Berkshire Partners, Mr. Rosas led Procter & Gamble’s Oral B Developing Markets Global Business Group. Earlier in his career, Mr. Rosas co-founded Reputation Technologies, a supply chain analytics company that was acquired by Security Source, led strategy consulting engagements at the Boston Consulting Group and held marketing leadership roles with Procter & Gamble. He holds an MBA from Harvard, an M.S. from the National University of Singapore and a B.S. in Business & Accountancy from the University of the Philippines.
Ms. Mastin is a seasoned CEO with over 25 years of leadership experience, most recently as CEO of Distribution International (DI), a leading distributor and fabricator of mechanical insulation products, and as CEO of MMI, a building products company. Before MMI, Celeste spent 17 years in the chemicals industry in various leadership roles, among them as VP of Ferro Corporation’s Color and Glass Performance Materials business, and VP of Bostik’s Nonwoven Adhesive division. She started her career at Shell Chemical Company. Celeste earned her Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and a Minor in Mathematics from Washington State University (where in 2012 she was awarded the Distinguished Alumnus Award by the Gene and Linda Voiland School of Chemical Engineering and Bioengineering), and an MBA from the University of Houston. Celeste currently serves on the board of Granite Construction Co. (NYSE:GVA), and the advisory board for her school at Washington State University.
Felix Lo is a Managing Director of Golden Gate Capital, which he joined in 2004. He focuses on private equity investments in the broader Industrial sector, including test and measurement, industrial distribution, industrial services, and sensors. Prior to joining Golden Gate Capital, Mr. Lo worked as an investment professional at Bain Capital and as a consultant at Bain & Company. Mr. Lo has an AB in Public Policy from Brown University.
Robert Kirby is an Operating Partner with Golden Gate Capital. Mr. Kirby was previously CEO of Atrium. He was also the CEO of Vi-Jon, a leading private label manufacturer in the personal care market. Prior to this Mr. Kirby was CEO of Accellent, a leading contract manufacturer in the medical device market. Earlier in Mr. Kirby’s career, he was a GM and led R&D, Global Manufacturing & Supply Chain at large cap companies, including Johnson & Johnson, Kimberly Clark and Fort James. Mr. Kirby has broad based experience in Consumer Personal Care, OTC and Medical Devices. During his 30 year career he has led large scale and complex integrations of acquisitions, implemented lean processes and driven rapid, positive change.
